Recruiters are consistently asking for resumes to be a part of the candidate submission profile. To facilitate a more smooth recruiting process, Vivian has just launched Auto-Generated Resumes, housed within the Candidate Profile. This capability allows recruiters to generate a candidate resume based on their Vivian profile. This ensures every transaction happens on the platform, and all information is stored in one place.
How it works
Recruiters will navigate to a specific candidate conversation in the chat feature. Within the candidate profile, recruiters will have the option to download an auto-generated resume, as long as the candidate meets the given criteria. Once the resume is downloaded, the recruiter will be able to preview the resume and optionally download it as a PDF.

Criteria to generate resume
The option for downloading a generated resume is available if the following criteria for the user’s profile is met:
- Has first name, last name, email, phone
- Added Professional Summary within the about you section
- Added at least 1 work experience entry
- Added at least 1 license entry
- Added at least 1 certification entry
- Added at least 1 education entry
