How AI Proposals works
Recruiters start by selecting the job they want to fill and choosing the number of proposals they wish to send. They then create a message template using smart attributes that will adapt to each candidate’s info, or by letting AI generate a message and tweaking as needed.

Using that input, Vivian AI Assistant generates a list of top matching candidates along with proposal messages tailored to each of them. Rather than forcing recruiters to rewrite every message from scratch, AI Assistant adapts the outreach so it feels specific and relevant to each candidate.

To help recruiters evaluate each match, a highlights section shows why a candidate is a strong fit. This includes signals like specialty, relevant experience, licensure, and job type preferences, along with behavioral signals that are invisible from a profile alone, such as recent searches, previous screenings, and prior applications. AI Assistant also flags candidates a recruiter has already engaged, making it easier to build on existing relationships.

Throughout the workflow, recruiters stay in control. They can review each proposal, edit messages, remove candidates, adjust inputs, and regenerate the list before sending. When everything looks right, they can send the full set at once.
