### Tim Needham

SVP of Client Development at Vivian Health

Tim Needham currently serves as Senior Vice President for Vivian Health. In this role, he is responsible for the full customer lifecycle for provider organizations recruiting on the Vivian Platform. Previously, Tim held executive leadership roles overseeing commercial operations for enterprise software vendor PatientSafe Solutions and healthcare technology consulting firm Burwood Group. In these leadership and consulting roles, Tim has worked directly with health systems on strategic planning and implementation across multiple segments, including recruiting platforms, patient engagement, clinical collaboration, telemedicine, and medical device connectivity.
